FREE

15 Minute Discovery Call

Want to work with me but unsure of which package is right for you? Let’s schedule a FREE call for us to discuss your needs and desires. I will also walk you through what it’s like to work with me and tell you which package I think would be most supportive of your needs.

 

Confidence Call

$100 usd

Hop on a 60 minute phone call (zoom or phone) with Katie and ask all the questions you have about your little one’s sleep. If you have a few questions, are looking for reassurance, tips, tools, and a boost of confidence, then this is the service for you. This call is also low-prep and low stress! You will be sent a brief recap and summary of our meeting together via email. This is not for complex challenges. Complex challenges require a full intake form, so book a discovery call with me in those cases and I can let you know which service is best for you.

 

*4 Weeks of Support

$450 usd

The 1 Month Support package is perfect for you if you are looking to make changes to your little one's sleep with in-depth support a long the way. 

We will have an initial 1 hour call where we will go over your sleep challenges and goals, I'll go over sleep education and my intake form analysis- and from there we will create a roadmap to best support you and your little one. After our initial call I will send a detailed email with notes from our call, plus pertinent resources. We will then have one 30 minute each week thereafter. This package also includes unlimited email check-ins during our month of support.

This package includes: 

  • Full intake form & Analysis

  • Videos on attachment & temperament in follow up email

  • 60 minute initial video call

  • Three 30 minute calls (1 a week for a month after initial call)

  • Unlimited email support for the month

Two weeks of Email Support

$250 usd

Do you want to work with me, but due to the nature of mom life or time zone differences, setting up a call with me doesn’t fit into your life? This is the service for you! The two week email support package has the same in depth initial intake form and analysis that I utilize with families in my own hour calls and long term support- along with an initial consult email where I address your personal goals and challenges with actionable steps forward. After the initial email, you will have two weeks of unlimited email support.

A One Hour Call

$155 usd

This is a perfect option for families that would like guidance and suggestions, but do not feel like you need the follow up support. This package is best for babies over 5 months. See the newborn sleep education package below for babies 4 months and under.

This option includes:

● A Full intake form & Analysis

● 60 min zoom call

● Personalized sleep strategies

● Detailed notes from our call so that you don’t have to write anything down

● I will send you via email any pertinent resources for your current situation after our call (articles, videos, handouts, etc.)

NEWBORN SLEEP EDUCATION CALL

$170 usd

A 90-minute consultation and full intake analysis to discuss sleep foundations and sleep shaping. This session is best for babies 4 months and under. You will also receive my naps guide and full sleep progressions guide to get you started on the right foot, as well as detailed notes from our call and other pertinent resources and videos in the follow up email. This service offers everything I wished I had known as a worried and anxious first time Mama and SO much more!

  • sleep science

  • parental sleep hygiene and well being support

The education will be tailored to meet the needs of your unique family and baby.

Mini Email Consultation

This plan is perfect for mamas who find themselves wanting to DM me on instagram to ask questions about their little one’s sleep. It’s also great for families who have a great sleeper but are looking for a little bit of guidance or extra support for a specific sleep challenge. Once purchased you will receive a mini intake form via email within 24 hours. Then, once you complete the intake and send it back, I will respond within 3 days with suggestions or guidance. Once I email you back my response, you will have one week to ask up to 5 follow up questions.

*Note this package will not be for complex sleep issues.

ADDITIONAL ONE HOUR CALL for Past Clients

This is for someone who has already worked with me in a 2 week support package or one hour call (with a full intake analysis) and would like to further support or has further needs.
